Terms & Conditions for Apparel Orders

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms regarding custom-made apparel:

1. Custom Orders Are Final
All items are made-to-order based on the design, sizing, and customization details you provide at checkout. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be canceled, changed, refunded, or returned, unless there is a verified manufacturing fault or damage.

2. Image & Design Submissions
When you upload an image, logo, text, or any other content for a custom design, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You own the rights to the content or have obtained proper permission to use it.

  • You are fully responsible for ensuring that the content does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

  • We do not accept any liability for legal issues, claims, or disputes that arise from the use of user-submitted content.

 
3. Image Quality Disclaimer
We print your custom design exactly as it is uploaded. Please ensure that:

  • Your image is high-resolution (300dpi recommended)

  • The design is correctly cropped, aligned, and free from errors

  • Any text is spelled correctly and legible

  • Backgrounds are removed (if needed) before submission

We are not responsible for print quality issues related to low-resolution files, pixelation, blurriness, or any errors present in the file you upload.
 
4. Content Guidelines
We reserve the right to refuse any design or content that:

  • Contains hate speech, violence, or explicit material

  • Violates copyright or intellectual property laws

  • Is deemed offensive, inappropriate, or unlawful

If such content is submitted, your order may be canceled at our discretion without a refund.

5. Liability Disclaimer
We are not liable for:

  • Copyright or trademark violations related to customer-submitted content

  • Poor image quality resulting from customer-uploaded files

  • Mistakes or incorrect information (e.g., spelling, alignment) in customer-provided designs

  • Final product variations due to screen-to-print color differences
