Our Refund Policy – Custom Apparel Orders
Each item we create is custom-made to order, crafted specifically based on your selected design, size, and personalisation details. Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
We strongly encourage all customers to review product descriptions, sizing charts, and customisation details carefully before placing an order. Once an order is submitted, it is immediately processed for production and cannot be altered, canceled, or refunded.
Please note: We are not responsible for the quality or clarity of any images provided by the customer. The final print will reflect the quality of the file you upload, so please ensure your artwork or image is high-resolution (transparent SVG) and print-ready before submitting your order.
Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Orders
While all products are quality-checked before shipping, if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement of the affected item. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances unfortunately.
Why No Refunds?
Because your apparel is custom-made just for you, it cannot be resold or restocked. This policy ensures that we can maintain a high standard of quality and offer you fully personalised apparel that is high in quality at fair prices.
